Allford’s Tassies

Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 14, 2026

We’re a small family bakery, and we treat your information the way we’d want ours treated. This page explains what we collect through allfordstassies.com and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you place a delivery order, send a gifting or event inquiry, or join one of our email lists, we collect what you type into the form: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address and ZIP code, and any notes you include. That’s it — we don’t collect payment details through this site (we confirm every order personally, and payment is arranged then).

How we use it

We use your information to do the thing you asked us to do: confirm and deliver your order, reply to your inquiry, or email you when new batches, markets, or delivery areas open. Order details are kept in our internal order records and the email tools we use to run the bakery.

What we never do

We don’t sell your information, rent it, or share it with anyone except the service providers who help us operate (for example, the services that send our email). They’re only allowed to use it to provide those services to us.

Email lists

You only get marketing email from us if you asked for it — by joining the waitlist or checking the opt-in box on a form. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing always works.

Your choices

Want to see, correct, or delete what we have about you? Email gifting@allfordstassies.com and we’ll take care of it.

Changes

If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the date above.
